Becoming your most wild, rooted self
We can turn in any direction and see the pain in ourselves and the world, yet you found your way here. You followed the desire for something buried, yet never not forgotten.
How can we really be in touch with this life when our world as it is demands anger, separation, and doubt? Even after years of growth work, it can be hard to find our way to a connected life of depth and meaning. This is compounded when our traumas and old stories of fear and shame keep us from truly touching the external world. Our inner critics and fears of intimate connection can keep us in a state of separation from our wild, openhearted selves. When we live in a culture devoid of community, myth, ritual, movement, and compassion. It can be hard to peer past the fires of destruction, or use those fires in the alchemic stove. We aren’t taught how to find who we are on a soul level. That’s really what I want to know, and to help you find out. Who are you? Why are you here?
I work with artists and writers, meaning makers, spirit seekers, and those who wish to create lives that are oriented to the community— lives that are impactful and rich. This is talk therapy at the soul-level that we will design together to wake you up to the lucidity that is always available to us. It is my hope that we can co-discover or clarify what is being asked of you in this life– what it is that calls your name.
Sometimes this work begins with a focus on relational/childhood trauma, self doubt, anxiety, grief, a sense of lack in direction and purpose, or relationship difficulties. I would like to start with you wherever you are.
The way I work is most centered on learning how to make direct contact with inner experience. I’m not here to change you, I’m here to help you meet yourself with relentless kindness.
I’m queer identified and have experience with a multitude of gender identities, sexual expressions, and relationship structures.
We may use parts work, re-parenting, attachment theory, nervous system regulation skills, somatic attunement, the enneagram, ritual, mindfulness and meditation, writing, art, nature, and integration of mystical/psychedelic experiences, to assist us in our journey. I work best with individuals who have some growth work experience, support systems, and basic self-regulation skills.
